Executive Sous Chef

Originally hailing from Anchorage, Alaska, Travis spent his formative years along the West coast before moving to the Holland area, where his passion for cooking began to flourish. 

Travis joined Hops nine years ago as a cook, and through his hard work and dedication, he has risen to the position of Executive Sous Chef, a role he has proudly held for the last five years. His culinary expertise shines especially in Cajun and French cooking, where he brings bold flavors and creative presentations to the table. 

Beyond his culinary pursuits, Travis enjoys playing pool and is an avid card collector. As he approaches a decade with Hops, we are excited to have him continue as a vital part of our team.
