Celebrate Valentine's Weekend at Hops!

We cordially invite you to celebrate Valentine’s Day at Hops...all weekend! From Thursday, February 13th through Sunday, February 16th, Chef Repp’s specials will be available beginning at 5pm alongside our normal menu items. We are also offering a $95 six-course Prix Fixe menu, available with a $50 wine pairing curated by our resident wine expert Jonathan Herrman.

 The Prix Fixe menu will include a choice of one of the three entrees listed below and the other five courses. The courses listed below will all be available to order ala carte, as well.


Small Plates:

Oysters: on the half shell, blood orange, beet mignonette, and pickled mustard seed.

House Baguette: Marrow butter with culture, smoked salt, and kumquat jam.

Charred Lobster: Cold water lobster, asparagus bisque creme, lemon zest, and chili oil.

Risotto: "Carbonara", arborio, guanciale, Pebble Creek mushroom, Parmigiano Reggiano, crack pepper, and local farm yolk.


Entrees:

Filet: 8 oz. Double R Ranch Signature Filet, asparagus, fondant russets, bone marrow butter, and red wine redux.

Scallops: Seared with cauliflower polenta, roasted Black Trumpet mushrooms, citrus beet vinaigrette, pistachio, and honey bacon jam.

Half Chicken: Roasted with Brussels sprouts, carrot, leek, fennel, pulled bacon, jus, and pickled mustard seed.


Dessert:

Tiramisu
