We are pleased to announce that Chef & Partner Robert Repp is offering a special six-course Prix Fixe Menu, thoughtfully paired with wines selected by our Wine Expert, Jonathan Herrman.  

 Jonathan has a Level 3 certification from The Wine & Spirit Trust Education Trust with Distinction.  He is responsible for the Wine program, selection and training at Hops.  We are pleased that Jonathan joined Hops.  He is a graduate of Hope College and spent some years out west in the industry before returning to Holland.

  *Each course will be complemented by its corresponding wine pairing.

 * We are taking Limited Reservations for each Monday & Tuesday in January.

Amuse: Polenta, honey, savory whip, prosciutto, herb ash.
French Cremant

Charred carrot, radicchio, citrus, hazelnut, sweet cumin crema, winter mint, chili oil.
Italian Vermentino 

Clam Agnolotti, buttermilk, basil oil, chili thread.
Napa Valley Chardonnay

Fire roasted maitake, pickled mustard seed, smoked tallow emulsion, herbs.
Oregon Pinot Noir

Lamb chop, French onion potato pave, rosemary agrodolce, horseradish gremolata.
Bordeaux Rouge

Orange ice cream, earl grey meringue, graham cracker crumb, caramel.

FAQ

The tickets are priced at $150* per person and are transferable to another individual or for a different Taste & Savor event in January, subject to the availability of a table slot. Please note that tickets are non-refundable.

We will be seating three tables (maximum eight persons per table) in our Annex (our easternmost room) at each time period (5:30 PM and 7:30 PM). This seating arrangement will provide a private experience, with only attendees of the same time slot present.

Each reservation will be seated at a separate table.

Each ticket purchased will include the combination of the Prix Fixe menu and the corresponding wine pairing. 

*Neither Club Discounts nor Hops Gift Cards will be applied towards the purchase price of the ticket.
