We invite you to join us for spectacular Irish food and drink at Hops. The fun starts at 5:00 pm on Friday and continues until the end of Monday's service! We'd love to celebrate all things Irish with YOU.
Chef Repp's Food Menu
Colcannon croquettes:
Breaded and fried colcannon with Guinness gravy and crème fraiche.
Corned Beef and Cabbage:
Slow roasted corned beef, charred cabbage, colcannon croquettes, crème fraiche, and Guinness gravy.
Reuben:
Seeded rye, slow roasted corned beef, Irish cheddar, spiced kraut, and rocket sauce.
Guinness Fish and Chips:
Icelandic cod, Guinness beer batter, house fries, fried pickles, gribiche, and lemon.
Guinness Stew:
Cabbage, potatoes, brisket, lamb, peas, carrots, Guinness gravy, and crème fraiche.
